about us

the players

Here at BuzzFree, we’re passionate about keeping kids alcohol- and drug-free during Prom, as well as encouraging all teens and adults to make smarter, responsible choices when it comes to alcohol and other drugs.

We feel that if we can teach teens to be responsible with their behavior during tempting times like prom and graduation season, not only might we save some lives, but maybe we can also plant the seed for making better choices all the time. Of course, this is just the first step. But every step is one in the right direction.

Liza Orchard

Liza, the BuzzFree Concept Queen, is the founder of BuzzFree. She is a former Creative Director at a major advertising and promotion agency and founder of two other successful think tanks in Dallas, Texas. With over twenty-five years in the business, she’s played key roles in numerous award-winning national campaigns for Greyhound, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Zima, Frito-Lay, Radio Shack and more. Liza continues to consult for major ad agencies, retailers and non-profits in their national efforts to effectively reach and impact their target markets.

When asked why she conceived the BuzzFree Prom, she said there are so many excellent programs to educate society about the dangers and repercussions of alcohol and drug use, but very few focus on the benefits of choosing to be responsible – at any age. Liza is committed to making heroes of those who make smarter choices in all areas of life.
